Orders

All orders require prescriber approval before dispatch. Approval is usually completed within a few hours, but can take up to 24 hours from when you place your order. Express delivery timeframes begin from the point of prescriber approval, not from when you place your order.

All orders are sent using a signed-for service and require a signature on delivery:

Express options (DPD Next Working Day / Royal Mail Special Delivery) — fully tracked at every stage

Standard delivery — tracked at dispatch and delivery only

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 3:30pm on weekdays for DPD Next Working Day or Royal Mail Special Delivery are dispatched the same day, subject to prescriber approval.

We do not dispatch on weekends or public bank holidays.

"Next Day" means next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will arrive on Monday, unless you select DPD Saturday Delivery.
